Due to the overwhelming need for veterinary care in 2020, JRIVS has reached a maximum clientele that one doctor can handle. JRIVS strives to provide excellence in individualized patient and client care, and it has become overwhelmingly difficult to do so. With the number of patients JRIVS currently serves, Dr. Shantel cannot continue to give them the attention they deserve if more new long term care patients are added. Therefore, Dr. Shantel has made the difficult decision to not accept any new clients for the foreseeable future, this includes no new in home end of life patients and hospice care patients.
